Just been on the phone to retentions now my first year has passed, I was paying £17 a month for 4mb broadband only.
This deal was offered was (broadband only):
£10 for 2mb, 4mb at £17 or 20mb broadband for £29.
He said that come april/may speeds on all packages will increase e.g. 2mb will become 4mb , 4mb will become 10mb and 20mb will become 50mb.
