I had one of these,Feedback survey , I mean, asking how well they'd done .
I was still only partway through obtaining a viable repair. At the time, achieving any improvement seemed problematic.
I told it exactly as it was, got a phone call in return from a very charming lady, who at the end of the call offered me a month's rebate with the hope that it would get sorted before I needed to pay again.
I'm happy to say that it was.
