My girlfriend is on BT ADSL package, and is having some issues with her connection. On looking on the settings of her BT Homehub, the username is configured to
bthomehub@btbroadband.com and the password isn't set.
When I was on DSL - the username / pass combination was important, is this no longer the case of BT Broadband. I'm looking to do a hard reset on the homehub, as we're suffering issues with the DHCP server.
