Windows explorer says:

FTP Rush:

[1] Connecting to 92.48.64.140:21
[1] Timeout, Connection closed
[1] Connection Timeout(10060)

cmd ftp:

ftp> o swoopie.me.uk
Connected to swoopie.me.uk.
Connection closed by remote host.

Tried with + Without Pasv.
