I suspect it's the last one myself. You've got 2 accounts setup using the same pop3 entry.

There used to be a freeware program to remove such things, but it looks like everyone is now using 'remove duplicate emails' in conjunction with microsoft products these days. If you don't mind using a software solution for a small fee, then this looks like it will remove duplicates from Outlook Express:
