Oh purlease - it was a colossal cockup involving poor organisation, poor communication, poor lines of control, poor planning and poor execution, you know it. I think I've previously made it clear enough that I think the blame lies a lot higher up than the ARU, namely with those whose lack of professionalism puts the people of London at risk (why did the gun squad take five hours to get there? What if it *had* been a real bomber?) and who think that it's more important to smear the dead than own up to their own failings. Stop erecting straw men, Xac. Really. Tchah. Read these:
