Well it seems Adam Swellings was on bail for... assaulting someone who asked him to stop hanging around the front of his house.

In August last year, Adam Swellings was up before the beak in Warrington. He had been arrested for kicking and punching a man who had asked him and his mates to move on from outside his house.

Personally once bail is breached once I think it should be off-limits until you don't have any more court cases/probation/early release licences hanging over you.
