Linked in with the Police Inspector who was given bail I wonder what Swellings previous was and what he was on bail for. I'm willing to bet there is quite a bit of violence involved yet he was still out on bail.
Still in places where people can refuse to go to court in
case they are given a lower quality cell, refuse to move prisons as where they are going
doesn't have enough plugs for their TV/DVD player or get bail after being found
guilty of an unprovoked racist attack nothing surprises me anymore. Even people released early from prison get bail if they are accused of another crime.
