I want to be able to send my e-mails using Outlook showing my domain address (eg.
mail@mydomain.co.uk) rather than
myname1234@ntlworld.com.
I phoned support but, during a lengthy call, they didn't seem to understand at all what I was talking about. I understand from other ISPs that all Virgin/NTL need do is add the domain to my profile so that outgoing messages don't get rejected.
I had been assuming that this would be a normal request as lots of people have domains these days - but perhaps it isn't supported with Virgin/NTL ?
Assuming it is doable, would it be better if I sent them an email ?
Who should I send it to and what should I say please ?
Thanks
