yeh looks ok to me similar in comparison to mine, except your 2 up on upstream power level and 3 down on downstream power level in comparison so it isn't your modem. have you looked into downgrading to 2 or 4mb and seeing if you get better speeds on that as the poll that i created a not long ago on here suggested that most people have problems on 20mb and not many people have problems on the lower tiers. see for yourself
