the fastest i seem to be getting is 500kb. it's been getting steadily worse over the past couple of months, first 18meg and then 12-14meg and recently less than 10meg. but tonight is a new record (not one that i want). will be moving within the next 6-8 weeks and if things don't improve then i'm sad to say (as before the 20 roll-out it was fab) i'll have to consider if i want to take my services with me. as for the money i'm paying i don't feel like i'm getting value for my hard earned money (and working with landfill sites is hard work).

getting speeds this low on the 20mb service is ridiculous. post your downtream and upstream modem info here and someone will take a look at them for you and determine whether it is your modem or something else at fault. go to
http://192.168.100.1 and copy and paste downstream and upstream info on here.
