Cable Forum - View Single Post - Further to Outlook Express error messages

I've been using OE for my mail for a year with no probs but whenever I take my laptop to Spain and try to use it I can only recieve. WhenI try to send I get Error Message Ox800CCC67.
I have tried creating a new A/C as per the sticky thread from the forum team but I cannot make it send my at all!

Can anyone help ?
