Hi to everyone,
First time poster here. Had my cable tv box give a big "bang" last night and the thing is completely dead. I phoned Virgin (sounded like a call centre in India) and they told me an engineer couldn't come until January 8th at the earliest. This is the first time i have had to call Virgin with a problem, so is this normal to have to wait so long? It's definitely the box that is knackered so surely it's just a straight swap isn't it? Is there anyone/anywhere i could contact to get it done quicker?
