OK, three days before Christmas and the XBox internal DVD drive has failed!
Now it was a Cmas pressie last year, so has been running 362 days, but you look on Xbox.com and it shows as warranty expired 10 Dec
(when I bought it!)
Tried calling support but hitting head against brick wall.
Does anyone know if the 360 maintains records of how long it has been used in the diags? Eg first used 25 Dec 06?
Otherwise it's on to the 360 marketing mgr at Thames Valley Park on Monday.
