In terms of the router itself, how do I prevent it from communicating with any other computers outside of my home? For example, I wouldn't want a neighbour accessing my connection via wireless.

I notcied that as soon as i powered it up, the downstairs computer instantly recognised the router and connected. I don't want neighbours being able to do the same.
