Sorry one more question when i try to watch some of the hd material availible via the more on demand then free hdtv sometimes my box will act as though it starts to play but when the counter apears in the bottom left of the screen it freezes on 00:00 for a few seconds the the screen goes blank, the only way to remedy this is by pressing the reset button. Has anybody else got this problem if so what is the fix?

Just happens i was looking at this earlier. You can buy the cable at same place.
Cant help with the second problem apart from saying if it persists call 151 or use the virginmedia.tv.support newsgroups who will solve problems. or at least try! Ive had that problem in the past but it was cured on its own. You might also simpky retry playing your selection as ive found that works sometimes.
