for them to make a network the size of virgins will require more money than they have and more than a year. if they had the money, by the time they would have a comparable network, virgin would be on docsis3 and 50mb and so speeds should be a lot better on virgin.
if a company with the money virgin have/had can't make a decent cable network what chance does a lot smaller company have?
