They are only in one small franchise area and have no plans to expand from the information i have. As VM and it's predecessors are aware it is extremely expansive to build new network these days and any new company that does build new networks will need to be able to make money fast, That is something that BT VM and SKY will challenge with heavy local advertising. Just look how nasty SKY were with Virgin Media when they started.
