yes ive done a full factory reset, and I can get to the router settings via IE, unable to get to the cable modem status page, nor indeed the internet

just a quick update, ive flashed the firmware, and done a full factory reset, and all is now working fine. Cheers Johnnyposs for the suggestions, much appreciated
