I have a 510 and functionally it's great apart from:

The standard mount is crap, nasty and sometimes doesn't make contact properly so you have to make sure the power light is lit when plugged into the charger lead.

If you run the battery low the unit sometimes won't power on unless you reset it which is a fiddly little microswitch you have to push with a pin or something.

You should be able to pick one of these up dirt cheap as they have now been replaced by the 520.
