i asked for the HD enclosure make/model/URL info, NOT the (BT)router/Hub its pluged into lads/lasses....

i still didnt get given the asked for info, even though its working to a degree now apparently, doesnt mean they understand how to get to its internal webserver to change its network/protocol/shares/formatting settings etc.

never mind..., ill just not bother wasting my time trying to help next time.
If its not on the devices list on the homehub or its not working on that IP then either a firewall is blocking it, its admin interface is listening on a non standard port or its setup for a static IP and unless someone has the same model then we're unlikely to know what the default Static ip would be and if anyones ever changed it in the past.

Not a black thing with silver sides and "dual HDD NAS written on it is it"
