I click on email icon next to 'home' icon on task bar and am taken immediately to "Microsoft Outlook" inbox, which tells me "no items to show". Any ideas what's happening or what I can do about it?
All I can do at present is go to my new mail via webmail but, of course, that does not have any of my old correspondence.

cheers

if you still have all your details from when you originally set up the account then you can create an account in microsoft outlook which will always connect to your original pop server
