So what if 51% or more or less of users get 20meg 24/7, thats no consolation at all to those 49% or more or less that are getting shafted 24/7.

So who's up for paying even more for 50meg? Not many, right?
But what if going to 50meg was the only way to get a decent speed and not be STM'ed?
And what if the extra cash VM are making by this great Bandwidth Rip-Off is going to pay for the 50meg Kit?
No proof of course, just thinking out loud...............
