nope u r not alone, i just cancled my broadband, i feel i have a lot of weight lifted off my sholders now.
and yes they took an hour to reason with me cancling my service b4 my contract ended.
i have had 3 Engineers come to my place only once did they not keep my appointment, next time they came but they called and said can they come in 5 mins, coz he has an open appointment.
