Appalling Customer Service

I have cancelled my Cable Service, phone and TV, after spending more time than I consider reasonable, to get a good Broadband speed.

Engineers not keeping appointments, and Virgin Media re-arranging appointment, and not bothering to inform me, the customer.

I have had enough, and I suspect I'm not alone.

Shocking service.
