Another point was made ...............to ensure people use the correct power pack with the modem supplied. Engineer said some people just plug the old power (with the same connector) into a new modem which does cause problem with lack of preformance. Still getting

1st 512K took 266 ms = 1924.8 KB/sec, approx 15860 Kbps, 15.49 Mbps
2nd 512K took 250 ms = 2048 KB/sec, approx 16876 Kbps, 16.48 Mbps
3rd 512K took 250 ms = 2048 KB/sec, approx 16876 Kbps, 16.48 Mbps
4th 512K took 250 ms = 2048 KB/sec, approx 16876 Kbps, 16.48 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 16622 Kbps, 16.23 Mbps
