Ah, I see what you mean, they are just trying to stop you signing up with some of the bigger free email out there.

Try signing up for an account at:
https://www.fastmail.co.uk/

I have a couple of free accounts with them, it's not fancy-looking, but a very fast and very reliable service, and possibly won't be on the list of email providers they block.
