Umm, no it wouldn't. You can install whatever OS you want, but if it goes in for repair then they will just install the original OS if they had to.

Given how often folks have to re-install the OS these days I'd be surprised if that would void the warranty!

The warrenty is with Fujitsu, you have a 1 year warrenty from the date of purchase. Some laptops have 2 years though.
