I have a 1GB flash stick (PNY attache)

The other day I removed files and did a defrag.

Today I plug it in to any of my USB ports on my lappy (XP MCE) and the activity light on the pen just flashes,

I cannot connect to it as i'm told insert dick into drive, blah, blah.

I plug in to to my dads PC (XP Home) and I get told that this in not formatted.

This has data that I cannot lose, any help.
