I have to say it hasn't really got
me in a polygamous mood. I've tried several times, & have had probs each time. With the last 2 attempts I keep running into the proverbial brick wall. I try setting it up to be 1024x768 on both monitors, with a dual monitor display, rather than the same thing on both screens, & I end up with 1 monitor just blank & the other a sort of orange colour with vertical green lines that looks kind of like a scratched still frame from an old celluloid movie. Hitting reset just gets me back to that again.
When I can be bothered I'll try reinstalling 1 last time, using a tip I saw on a recent ep of
DLTV, which is to
not install the protected drivers when given the opportunity. If that doesn't work then I probably won't bother with Linux for another year or so. Maybe it might be a bit less hassle by then [though I doubt it].
