He's still only a kid and still learning, the best place to learn is in an academy with top coaches, then going out on loan when you 17/18/19 to play first team football. Sometime when he is 15 he can play for the first team, he'd only benefit from the experience, in fact I can't see any draw backs to it, I wonder who advises the lad, family or an agent
