Jon - Do you know what resolution it runs at? There are quite a lot of 7" frames that run at 480x284 which I have a feeling may be the "isn't that great" resolution you menion. If that's the case I'd rather spend a bit more and get the 800x600 frames.

Saul's Grandad - How is the 640x480 resolution on that 10" frame you linked to?
