I am having major problems with my email and have not been able to use my primary address for the past week, luckily I have a second email address which I can sometimes use, it all started when I tried to create the second address and was denied access by a Paul sheldon who I have never heard of, I phoned the help line and got someone in india that said my account had been put onto this Paul Sheldon's account somehow, anyway he could not do anything and said he would get somebody to ring me and sort it out, 2 days and no call I phoned again and was promised someone would ring within 30 mins, again nothing.
I then phoned the 0845 No and threatened to cancel my 4meg broadband and XL TV package if something was'nt done, I received a call from the Tech dept and was told they would have to close my account and open another to give me my own account which they have done, but I still cant use my main email address but they created another address for me which I can use sometimes, when I try to go into my account using my main email address I get the message INVALID USERNAME OR PASSWORD and when I try to create another email address by going into the account using my secong email address I get the message INVALIDCOSDOMAIN any advice as to what the problem is would be appreciated as I am fed up of trying to get anything done by phone.
