I have seen this before somewhere and actually it got quite badly flamed (no pun intendid) since it was shown to actually be several engine cycles shot at a more regular speed and made to look like one cycle. I believe the main picking point was the motion of the valves appeared to spin significantly somthing which shouldnt happen in a normal engine.
In the video the engine cycle takes up 20 seconds of video, assuming they changed the frame rate to 25fps thats roughly 500 frames per cycle.
Which if captured at '1000fps' as they claim would mean its half a second per cycle (2 crank rotations) which mean 4 rotations per second -> 240rpm.
some of the lowest idleing automotive engines run at least 500rpm! more common is 600-900rpm
