yeah thats what i'm saying though, i took one back to pc world (that had not been bought there) so i didn't have a receipt for it
but they didn't ask just said could they swap it for another,at which point i asked if it was ok to choose a differant make and that was ok. whole thing took about 1 hour and my mate was back up and running.
