You can try turning off the router's firewall and other services and see if that helps. Switch off wireless on router. If not used, turn it off.
Try swapping a few cables around.
If it looks like it's the router, give Belkin a call. This is a bit like drawing teeth but Belkin devices have (had?) lifetime warrentees so don't let them fob you off. You could check if there is a firmware update for the router though.
