If you call the tech support, they will merge your old ntl account emails into your current account, that assumes your account was still active. If the emails aren't associated with an active account things might be more problematic. It's not something you'll be able to resolve yourself. When I moved from Set Top Box to modem based broadband, whcich meant a new broadband account, the tech call cost was refunded.
