Have you attached the toolbar to the workbook?

1. Open the workbook to which you want to attach a toolbar.
2. On the Tools menu, click Customize, and then click the Toolbars tab.
3. Click Attach.
4. Click the custom toolbar you want to attach, and then click Copy. Note Be sure to save the workbook after attaching a toolbar.
