My sister did exactly the same thing a few years ago, she bought the kids a PC for Christmas, she also bought a load of games for them, when it came to playing the games the machine kept freezing, she phoned me up asking me what the problem was? I said did the machine come in a box? She said yes, I said put it in the box and take it back because it's no good, I said you've bought a machine that's no good for nothing only surfing and doing applications like spread sheets etc etc. She wasn't to pleased
