The Crucial site says it's DDR2 so I will go with that. Dabs have the Crucial, they also have delivery charges. Never let me down Crucial though.

Play have KingstonValue for Ã‚Â£9.99 and Ã‚Â£16.99 - 512Mb and 1Gb PC2 4300 with free delivery. Never bought Kingston but they have a good reputation, seems like too good of a bargain to pass up on.
