I need to seal up fan holes on a case

Hello.

A couple of years ago I built a pc for a friend. Although I advised her against it, she wanted a transparent acrylic case that she could fill full of leds.

Despite fearing for electrical interference, everything has been ok up until quite recently.

The case has at least 7 holes for fans. I only fitted one and covered it with a fan guard.

Over the course of the last two years, dust has gradually built up in the components and it now crashes with artifacts on the screen. I cleaned it out a while ago and it was fine but it has done the same again. So, I want to relocate the top fan to the front and add another one to the back. I also want to cover the case holes to minimise the entry of dust.

I don't want to add another 5 fans so can anyone suggest something to cover up the remaining holes?

I also need the specifications of the nuts and bolts required to attach further stuff to the case holes if possible.

Thanks very much.
