Without taking this too far off topic (sorry peeps) have you tried a resync, or reconnection, as it may be a central problem. Also, I would advise you use the opendns servers, as they are a lot more snappy than Enta's.

Only way It could be doing it is if its measuring the speed to something other than me surely or it miscalculated somehow.
I regularly get burst speeds of 20% more than what my top speed should be, not for very long, but it does happen.
