Glad you made the move Danielf, welcome to the dark side.

The 10pm surge can be a bit of a pain, as some people try and download the entire internet.
Even if it was reporting my burst speed I don't see how that could be 9Mbit/s either.

My IP profile is set at 7150kps, The RAS won't allow anything over that, besides which even if i I Did manage to surpass that my modem is sycned in at 8128kps.

To get a 9mbit speed even at burst it'd have to be transferring data at a rate beyond what's actually possible for my line how do you get 9Mbit/s of traffic down 8Mbit/s of pipe

Only way It could be doing it is if its measuring the speed to something other than me surely or it miscalculated somehow.
