If the fan is buzzing, dry bearing. Pull the fan off, pull the sticker off the back, get some WD40, get a toothpick. Squirt some WD40 into something (bottle top) dab the toothpick into it and drop a little bit into the bearing (keep it off the back or the sticker wont stick back, hence the toothpick) - sorted.

Make sure you blow all the dirt out of the heatsink on a regular basis, that is classic for overheating cards and drying the bearing out. Bit late like, you already got one, but for future reference.
