Sorry if the topic has been discussed before, but it has been a long time since I fiddled with these settings, I followed Robin Walker's web proxies and the Manchester ones are alol right, but when I put in the one for Langley, it just refused connection, and when I enter the proxy for Baguley, I cannot browse the net expect this page :

I live in Macclesfield, apart from the Manchester ones, are all the others blocked?
