In the case of the McCanns there are people who think they acted negligently and MAddie was abducted, as well as others who think they might be invoved in the dissapearance. If you dont agree that their actions whilst on holiday is irresponsible or not negligent then thats your perogative. But to make assumptions of what we are thinking by comparing it with the comparisons that you have used is unwarranted and shows that you lack an understanding of what we are saying.
