I had one of these a while ago and consigned it to the bin after a couple of weeks. This is a particularly nasty bit of kit and it has a tendency to inflict RFi upon itself. If your machine is not too far away from the router try turning the power setting down to the lowest level. I seem to remember reading on another forum somewhere that part of the problem is due to the cheapo psu supplied with the router.
