We don't know that that is
all the evidence they have against Kate McCann. The Portuguese police don't disclose their findings to the general public, so there could be more evidence that we don't know about.
Having said that, the blood samples found in the car that was rented 25 days after Madeleine's disappearance does appear to be a bit strange. Are the police suggesting that Kate McCann killed Madeleine, hid her body for 25 days, then used a hired car to dispose of it elsewhere?
Sounds a bit bizarre.
