need some assistance with creating an excell formula based on the following :
if k2 is between 06:45:00 and 13:59:59 enter days in L2 or if K2 is between 14:00:00 and 21:29:59 enter Evenings in L2 or if k2 is between 21:30:00 and 06:44:59 enter nights in L2
