But i ask that you try not to be put off right away by the childish nature of the content (fairy tales etc) because if you read it your quickly realise this isn't really a children's book and its really quite dark...

I saw this book on sale for £3.99 and remembered that it had been recommended. Just finished it and thought it was really good. I will be looking out for more books by John Connolly in the future.
